"We are always listening to our pupils. And they have asked us for this popular choice. So we are offering a breaded goujon made from 100% chicken breast that is oven baked as the healthier choice. We care – in line with Welsh Government Standards, you will find that we never have more than 2 meat products on our menu all week. Our oven baked herby diced potatoes provide a tasty starchy carb accompaniment for slow-release energy throughout the afternoon. And, as always pupils are encouraged to participate in increasing their vegetable consumption, here with peas, a popular choice that are also a good source of iron."
