"Our flapjacks are a great source of iron and zinc, two of the nutrients that research indicates to be most likely to be deficient in a child’s diet. In addition, you can rest assured that we never use chocolate or confectionary in our desserts, just reduced fat cocoa powder to give this the favoured chocolatey taste our pupils tell us that they love."
