- If your waste/recycling was at its collection point at the correct time but was not collected, you should contact us. If you wish to report a missed bin/recycling collection for the first time, you need to register a few details to help us respond to your request. By registering your details you can track the progress of your report and receive updates as it is processed.

- All parents must apply to send their children to school. All applications for admission are dealt with by an 'Admissions Authority' which within Torfaen is the Local Authority.
