Planning Policy and Implementation Team

The Planning Policy and Implementation team is primarily responsible for the preparation, monitoring and review of the County Borough’s land use policies. The bulk of these are set out in a development plan, which is a fifteen-year framework for the development and use of land in Torfaen.
