- Are you a Torfaen resident who is unable to visit a library because of ill health, disability, infirmity or caring responsibilities? Is there no one who can regularly deliver books to you? The library can come to you with our Library at Home Service. This is a FREE delivery service bringing books, talking books, DVDs and music CDs to your home every three weeks.
