To safely remove diseased Common Ash trees on Foundry Road, Abersychan, a series of temporary road closures will be taking place between 9am until 2.30pm on:
- Monday 4 March – Friday 8 March
- Monday 11 March – Friday 15 March
The alternative route is via Lodge Road, Church Road, High Street, and Broad Street, and vice versa. Emergency services and pedestrian access will be maintained.
There will be no bus services. Please make alternative transportation arrangements.
We appreciate that these closures are not ideal, but we need to reduce the risk to the public and the highway as soon as possible.
