Our Dietitian’s Choice
"Oil rich fish like salmon are full of Omega 3.There is also some evidence that omega 3 fats help with attention span. In addition to Omega 3, oily fish are a good source of Vitamin A and D, and protein. The number of children who do not get enough iron, omega 3, vitamin D, or zinc is quite high. For some children, increasing their intake of foods containing one or more of these nutrients could make a difference to mood, behaviour and learning. 
Our "Harry Ramsdens" salmon is oven baked on site with no added oil and a firm tried and tested favourite with pupils.
In addition, our potato wedges are oven baked without oil – so all the taste and fibre, and none of the added fat!"
