All Torfaen payment platforms will be unavailable on Monday 8th June from 9am, in order for an essential upgrade to be installed. This is expected to take a few hours.
During this time our cash office be unable to take any payments, and both internet and telephone payments will be unavailable.
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to access council services at a place and time that is convenient for you. If you've previously registered your details on our app or customer portal or would like to sign up for an account you can log in at my.torfaen.gov.uk where you can submit your request, follow its progress and see all your previous reports and details.
If you would like to report your issue without logging in or registering for a customer account you can do so using the forms below.
