Rooms Available for Hire:

• Oak Room - Main Hall
• Yew Room - Main Annex Room
• Elm Room - Committee Style Room
• Birch Room - Committee Style Room

Hall Capacity:

• Oak Room - 200 persons (with stage & kitchen - bar available on request) - Disco's, Weddings, Socials, Concerts etc
• Yew Room - 60 persons (with kitchen)
• Elm & Birch Rooms - 20 persons (with kitchen if required)

Cost:

• Oak Room (Main Hall) - One off event - £15 per hour (to include preparation & clearing up time)
• Oak Room (Main Hall) - Regular User - £10 per hour
• Yew Room (Annex) - £10 per hour
• Elm & Birch Rooms (Annex) - £9 per hour

Deposit:

• One Off Hire - Full payment when booking (Damage bond of £50 required - returned after booking if terms & conditions are met)
• Regular Hire - Payment in advance (monthly)

Types of functions:

• Weddings, Adult & Children's Birthday Parties (not 18th), Engagement Parties, Concerts, Discos, Socials, Drama Productions, Meetings etc.

Facilities:

• Oak Room (Main Hall) - Kitchen and Stage (with lighting and sound system) included in hire fee - bar available on request
• Annex Rooms - Kitchen - included in hire fee
