How to apply for a permanent tenancy at Ty Glas y Dorlan

Ty Glas y Dorlan has 6 flats available for permanent tenants on the top floor of the building.

There are 4 one-bedroom flats and 2 two-bedroom flats with open plan living room and dining room, a wet room and adjoining bathroom.

Bron Afon Housing will be the landlord, but Torfaen Council’s Social Care and Housing teams have full nomination rights for the tenancies.

This means the flats will be allocated by an assessment panel, rather than first come first serve.

The flats will be allocated based on an individual’s care and support needs now or in the future.

Details on weekly rents and service charges will be posted as soon as they are available.
