Description

A moderate intensity 3-5 mile walk led by a qualified walk leader starting and returning from Pontypool Active Living Centre.

A great way to relieve stress and combine exercise with meeting new people and taking in the local surroundings.

Age Restrictions: Any age – Children under the age of 14 yrs must be accompanied by an adult.
