Time: 10:30am - 12:30pm
A moderate intensity 3-5 mile walk led by a qualified walk leader starting from and returning to Pontyrhdrun Car Park.
A great way to relieve stress and combine exercise with meeting new people and taking in the local surroundings.
Any age – Children under the age of 14 yrs must be accompanied by an adult.
Please note that on the last Monday of the month we meet at The Queens and walk up Blaen Bran
