Join our Family Number Fit group to improve your fitness and develop your numeracy confidence.

Learn and develop your skills in calculating sets/reps, beating personal best scores, measuring distances and timings, monitoring calories consumed and improving your wellbeing.

Booking is essential as places are limited.

NOTE: One child, aged 5 and above, to one parent.
