Torfaen County Borough Council no longer provides a pest control service.
Residents will need to contact a private pest control company for problems with rats, mice, bedbugs or cockroaches.

The council will continue to provide a commercial contract service for local businesses, and will investigate reports from residents on pest infestations from neighbouring properties. For information contact the council’s Public Protection Team.
