The Gwent Charter was produced by people with learning disabilities from across Gwent. The work was supported by Torfaen County Borough Council. We are developing an action plan around each of the Charter areas in order to deliver the outcomes people tell us they value.
The Gwent Charter replaces the Gwent Learning Disability Strategy for 2012 to 2017.

A Good Day
A Good Day report was co-produced by people with learning disabilities, carers, parents and staff in order to re-design Day Opportunities in Torfaen.
The report contains ideas and an action plan for change based upon evidence discovered by the team’s research.
