Our 16+ team offers support to young people aged 16-21 who are known to Children’s Services.
The support offered includes advice and assistance on a wide range of issues to help young care leavers achieve their dreams and realise their true potential.
Individual packages of care are agreed with the young people themselves.
The 16+ team is part of Torfaen Young People’s Support Service, which is located on the 5th floor of Gwent House, Cwmbran Town Centre
