Our Dietitian’s Choice
Tender chicken fillets, naturally high in protein and low in fat, are infused with garlic to create a deliciously flavourful dish without relying on added salt. This nutritious choice provides the protein needed to support growth, development and concentration throughout the school day.
Served with our popular oven-baked herby diced potatoes, this meal provides slow-release energy to help keep pupils fuelled and focused all afternoon. Alongside a pupil favourite of freshly cooked broccoli, pupils can also enjoy a colourful medley of roasted vegetables, including peppers, courgettes, carrots, cherry tomatoes and onions, adding valuable fibre, vitamins and minerals to every plate.
Packed with lean protein, wholesome vegetables and plenty of flavour, this balanced meal combines great taste with outstanding nutrition.
A colourful, nourishing dish that delivers all the goodness pupils need, with the delicious garlic flavour they'll love.
Sustainable School Meals
UK Farm Assured Standards
Our chicken fillets are sourced from UK Red Tractor Assured farms, providing independently audited assurance standards covering animal welfare, food safety, traceability and environmental protection. This gives confidence that the chicken served in our schools has been produced to recognised standards throughout the supply chain, while also supporting UK farmers and the wider British agricultural sector.
Supporting Welsh Growers
Wherever possible, we source Welsh-grown vegetables for our school menus. Procuring produce from Welsh suppliers helps support local growers, businesses and jobs, while contributing to shorter supply chains and reduced transport distances. Availability can vary depending on seasonal growing conditions and market supply, but Welsh produce remains our preferred choice whenever it is available and meets our quality standards.
