The countdown is on for this year's Greenmeadow Show, with just one week left for budding bakers, green-fingered gardeners, crafty crafters and picture perfect photographers to submit their entries to the show.

The celebrations on Sunday 13th September will bring people of all ages together to mark the first anniversary of Greenmeadow Community Farm's reopening.

From 10am to 5pm, visitors can look forward to displays of homegrown produce, floral arrangements, baking, photography and crafts, alongside a range of children's classes designed to encourage young exhibitors to get involved.

Farm Manager Jac Griffiths said: "The Farm Show is a great opportunity for people to showcase their talents, whether they're experienced exhibitors or entering for the first time.

"We're particularly excited that this year's show – the first since reopening - forms part of our anniversary celebrations. We’re looking forward to welcoming the community for a fantastic day at the farm."

So if you think you’ve knitted an outstanding item, or arranged a potentially prize-winning bouquet, there is still time to enter. There are classes available for all ages and abilities – visit the Greenmeadow Community Farm website (opens in new tab) for all the categories and how to enter. All entries must be submitted by 5pm, Wednesday 2 September.
