A low intensity 1 to 2 mile walk led by a qualified walk leader starting from and returning to Pontypool Active Living Centre.
A great way to relieve stress and combine exercise with meeting new people and taking in the local surroundings.
Any age – Children under the age of 14 yrs must be accompanied by an adult.
