Tips
- Label your bag so it doesn’t get lost
- Flatten your cardboard to create more space in the bag
- Close lid to keep cardboard dry
- Place extra cardboard next to your blue bag. It must be no bigger than your blue bag
- Large cardboard boxes can be taken to the Household Recycling Centre

If your bag was at the collection point by 6am on the day of collection but was not emptied, please let us know immediately by completing the report a missed collection form and we will make arrangements to collect it as soon as possible.
