Memorial bench plaques

You can request a memorial plaque is fitted to any council-owned park bench.

All plaques are brass and measure 6 by 3 inches. They are fixed with a bevelled edge and cost £245.00. 

To request a plaque, please complete the application form. Your message must be a maximum of 100 characters, including punctuation.

Plaques are fitted within 28 days of payment.

It is not possible to add your own plaques – any unauthorised plaques will be removed and stored for one month.
