All applications and required documents must be submitted via email to licensing@torfaen.gov.uk. All applications must be fully completed and include a telephone number so that we may contact the applicant to take payment of the relevant application fee. Advice relating to our specific Licensing services is available on the relevant pages on this site. The Institute of Licensing is also publishing advice to operators of licensed activities at www.instituteoflicensing.org

House to House Collections

To carry out house-to-house collections for charitable purposes you need a licence from the Council. Find out how to apply

Street Collection Permit

To collect money or sell articles for the benefit of charitable or other purposes, you require a street collection permit. Find out how to apply
