Misuse of the Blue Badge

Blue Badges remain the property of the local council, and can be revoked if they are misused.

Badges must only be used for the benefit of the badge holder. It is an offence to allow other people to use it. Badges must be used in accordance with the rules of the scheme .

It would help us, if you could get as many details as possible from the badge including the name, badge number, expiry date. This will enable us to investigate and take the appropriate action.
