Residents are being asked if they think the Household Waste Recycling Centre booking system should continue.
The council is planning to review the system, which was introduced in May last year, to help maintain social distancing at the site in New Inn, Pontypool.
The number of slots at the site has increased as Welsh Government coronavirus restrictions have eased.
The review will consider whether the current booking system should remain, be kept or stop.
Councillor Mandy Owen, Executive Member for the Environment, said: “The booking system was brought in during the first wave of Covid, and now that life is slowly getting back to normal, we want to know what residents think of the booking system.”

The closing date is Sunday 12 December.
