New Education Payment Portal registration

The way parents/carers pay for school meals, trips and other items is changing.

A new cashless system is being installed in schools over the next few months.

Next week, parents/carers of children in Pontnewydd Primary School will need to keep an eye out for an email from Civica  (donotreply-education@civicapayments.co.uk) or a letter from the school, so they can register onto the new system.

Once a registration email/letter has been received parents/carers have 7 days to register onto the system and use the activation key code provided to link their child.  Until registration takes place, payments for school meals etc cannot take place.

If you aren’t available to register onto the new system during that 7 day window please get in touch with the school to request an new activation code.
