Schools next in line for the new system
Today, Blenheim Primary School will be changing over to the new Cashless Catering and Education Payment Portal. Therefore, if you are a parent or carer of a child/children at this school you should have an email from Civica (donotreply-education@civicapayments.co.uk) or a letter from the school, so you can register onto the new system.

Once you have received a registration email or letter, you have 7 days to register onto the system and use the activation key code provided. Until registration takes place, payments for school meals etc cannot take place.

If you aren’t available to register onto the new system during the 7 day window, don’t worry the school will send out new registration requests before schools starts back in September.

Reminder for schools on the new system
For parents and carers who have not yet registered, please look out for a registration request from your school. Schools will be pushing these out before term officially ends on Wednesday 21 July.

If you aren’t available to register onto the new system during the 7 day window, don’t worry the school will send out new registration requests before schools starts back in September.

Keep an eye out for an email from (donotreply-education@civicapayments.co.uk if your school holds an email address for you.

Parents of new Year 7 Secondary, Nursery or Reception children
On or around the first day of school, parent and carers should look out for a registration email request from (donotreply-education@civicapayments.co.uk if your school holds an email address for you. Schools will be in touch if they do not hold contact information during the first days that your child starts school.

Important Updates

Invalid key codes
We are aware that some parents were experiencing invalid Key Code issues when adding a second child to their account and or verifying their mobile number. The root cause of this has been identified by CivicaPay and a resolution was put in place yesterday.

Parents and Carers attempting to add pupils from schools live after 10July (Greenmeadow Primary, New Inn Primary, Crownbridge, Griffithstown Primary and Nant Celyn) are advised to re-try the key code issued to them this week. For all other schools please look out for the new registration request which will provide you with a new activation code.

If parents continue to experience key code issues, please email educationpayments@torfaen.gov.uk with the name of the school and child.
