Cashless catering and Education Payment Portal update - 2 July 2021

Reminder
If you are a carer or parent of children at Garnteg, Croesyceiliog, Maendy, St. Davids and Ysgol Bryn Onnen Primary school, you should have had your registration letter from the school, or an email from Civica (donotreply-education@civicapayments.co.uk) about registering for the new Education Payment Portal. Parents of children at Croesyceiliog Comprehensive School will have received their registrations yesterday.

If you have missed the 7 day registration deadline please get in touch with your school for a new activation code. School meals etc cannot be paid for until you are registered onto the new system.

Important Update
Parents of children at St. Davids were due to receive registration emails/letters today, however unfortunately due to circumstances out of our control these will be delayed for a few days. We would like to reassure parents that children will still receive a meal in school, and not to panic because they cannot top-up their child’s account.

Schools next in line for the new system
Parents/carers of children of Coed Eva, Cwmffrwdoer, George Street, Henllys Church in Wales, Padre Pio, Ysgol Panteg Primary School, and Croesyceiliog Comprehensive School, need to keep an eye out for an email from Civica  (donotreply-education@civicapayments.co.uk) or a letter from the school, so you can register onto the new system.

Parents of children at Cwmffrwdoer, George Street and Coed Eva were due to receive registrations on Monday and Tuesday next week; these too will unfortunately be delayed until later in the week. Please can parents top up their account using existing systems for a few extra days to allow for this delay. We would like to reassure parents that children will still receive a meal in school, and not to panic because they cannot top-up their child’s account.

Once you have received a registration email or letter, you have 7 days to register onto the system and use the activation key code provided. Until registration takes place, payments for school meals etc cannot take place.

If you aren’t available to register onto the new system during the 7 day window please get in touch with the school to request an new activation code.
