The popular Word From The Third podcast has just celebrated its first year anniversary.
The podcast, which is produced by Torfaen Voluntary Alliance, gives local organisations and groups the chance to highlight their work or projects.
With over a thousand streams across 24 episodes, the podcast continues to grow in leaps and bounds for organisations wanting to feature their work in a different way.
The latest series features;The Really Amazing Charity (TRAC2), based in Trevethin, which supports low-income families; CoStar, which is an independent charity in Cwmbran; and Papyrus, which offers help and advice for young people with thoughts of suicide,
The latest podcast also includes Pontnewydd Male Choir.
Patrick Downes, Producer of the Word From The Third for TVA said;
“This is a terrific opportunity for any group or organisation in Torfaen to get their message out in a different way.
“On past podcasts we’ve heard what Pickleball is all about, spoken about the Census, as well as hearing from Communities for Work Plus employability projects and Sight Cymru.
We’re now looking to develop things further and invite more organisations to join the conversation and get their message out via our platform”.
