We are asking for your views on the experiences you’ve had when contacting the council during the last 12 months. In particular, how you’ve been able to gain information or receive a service. This is so that we can understand what action (s) we need to take to make sure our services are focused on delivering what you need.

Your responses will help us create a customer and digital strategy, which will include an action plan. This plan will inform us and help us improve the ways in which we make our services available to you, and how they are designed, so they are both efficient and effective.
