Monday marked the opening of One2One Mortgage Solutions in Pontypool town centre.
One2One Mortgage Solutions moved into the commercial space of The Old Market House located on Commercial Street, which has over the years received £615,000 funding from Welsh Government’s Vibrant and Viable Place fund, and £100,000 from the council’s Townscape Heritage Initiative.
Councillor Alan Jones, executive member for business, tourism, leisure and culture with responsibility for regeneration, said: “The Old Market House was built in 1730 and has been used for a lot of things over the years, such as a stationers and a clothes shop.
“It’s wonderful to see a local business take up residency in the commercial space and we wish them the best of luck for the future”
Mark Taylor, Director, One2One Mortgage Solutions, said: “We couldn’t be happier about being based in Pontypool town centre. Our business is growing and this was the logical place to find a new home.
