Nurture Equip & Thrive (NET)

Nurture Equip Thrive (NET) is a project to support people with contracts of less than full time or those working full time who have a work limiting health condition with employment or wellbeing needs.

Employment is an important factor in our wellbeing, directly and indirectly making an impact on us, our families and communities.

We will work with you at your own pace, giving you the support you need to take your next steps.

We aim to boost your confidence and ability to manage your wellbeing within your current role and can support you to make positive changes to your employment.

Your needs and wellbeing are central to everything we do, and aims to help you to overcome any barriers which are stopping you from achieving your full potential.

• Step 2 - Identifying and agree goals
• Step 3 - Careers advice and employment support
• Step 4 - Make the change!
