"Always determined to use real fruit to naturally sweeten desserts where possible, pear halves are used in this sponge, contributing to our 5 a day fruit and veg targets. Our custard, made with fresh milk is a great contributor to pupil’s calcium requirements (for strong bones and teeth) and zinc (for healthy growth and healthy immune function).
