"Did you know there is a strong link between low iron and poor mood and concentration? It is also thought that there may be a link between a link between low zinc and poor attention and sleep.

Our homemade lasagne is made with minced beef, and together with the garlic bread makes this choice is a top scorer for the nutrients iron and zinc. It is also a good source of calcium (semi skimmed milk in the white sauce and cheese topping). We will always encourage veg or salad as a nutritious accompaniment."
