Support available for vulnerable residents in Torfaen

If you, or someone you know, is a vulnerable adult who requires support, whether that support requires someone to carry out your essential shopping, pick up medication or just someone to speak with to combat loneliness, please complete our Vulnerable Adult Referral form.

Local Businesses Offering Delivery Services

Ty Nant Ddu Resource Centre

Ty Nant Ddu Resource Centre (NP4 8LE) is closed to the public until further notice.

Day Opportunities

Following the most recent government advice, all Day Opportunities (managed from Ty Nant Ddu Resource Centre) are closed from 18 March until further notice. This includes internal and external provision.

Day opportunities staff have contacted everyone who is currently accessing service to discuss alternative forms of support. This could include regular home visits, meals, respite, telephone calls or other contact such as Skype, text, messenger etc. Any requests for support will be discussed and agreed with the relevant care manager/team.

We have advised all users and families that require urgent help or support to contact customer care on 01495 762260 as required.

There are currently no presumptive or confirmed cases of COVID-19 within the service.

Thank you in advance for your support, cooperation and patience.
