Thousands of people are expected to head to Cwmbran Boating Lake this weekend for the annual Big Event.
The fun day – organised by Cwmbran Community Council – will take place this Saturday, between 12pm-5pm.
There will be fun fair rides, inflatables, interactive animal encounters, live music, artisan food and craft stalls to name but a few.
Our waste and recycling team will be there as well with one of our new recycling trucks which children will be able to board. They will also be able to answer your recycling questions and share tips, as part of our Raise the Rate campaign.
And the council’s elections team will be on hand to assist residents with any inquiries regarding voter ID registration
