It is a fact of life that we all make noise. The Council are able to investigate complaints of noise nuisance and advise on methods of reducing noise at source and take legal action to secure noise abatement.
The Council deal with complaints about noise nuisance from members of the public in respect of neighbourhood noise, noise from pubs and clubs, noise from industry, loud music, barking dogs and misfiring burglar and car alarms.
Who is the service for?
The service is available to anyone living in Torfaen who is experiencing a source of noise nuisance.
