Description
Greenmeadow Community Farm has a wide range of animals for visitors to meet, acres of ground to explore (including a woodland walk and ‘Wild Workout’ trail), adventure playground, haybarn interactive interpretation centre and pets corner. Daily attractions include milking demonstration and tractor and trailer ride. There are numerous special event days throughout the year and additional activities during school holidays.
A cosy farmhouse kitchen offers children's meals and a selection of homemade specials with an emphasis on using local produce.
Education materials are available for use by school parties and tailor made educational activities can be arranged for visiting groups.
The Farm also offers conference and meeting room facilities and is a popular venue for children’s birthday parties.
