Description
Torfaen County Borough Council employs an Arts Development Team to develop an Arts programme throughout Torfaen, with an emphasis on increasing awareness and participation. The service helps to seek funding for local groups and artists as well as organising events and activities directly, and may provide some small financial assistance.
