Description
Torfaen CBC are responsible for the planting and maintenance of annual beddings throughout the Borough. Planting takes place in both winter and summer and is primarily located in park areas, leisure areas and on roundabouts.
The majority of planting on roundabouts throughout the Borough is sponsored by local companies.
