Description
The Asset Management Section deals with the acquisition and disposal of all land and property on behalf of the Council, including the assessment of compensation under the statutory provisions.
Disposals can include the sale of Council property and land, or the grant of leases and licences.
The section also deals with compensation matters arising when land or property is acquired from the Council.
