Report a pothole
Please use this form to report a pot hole. We will always inspect reports of potholes, but we will give priority to those potholes we believe will pose the greatest risk to road users or pedestrians.
If the situation requires urgent attendance outside of our normal office hours (9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday), then please telephone 01495 762200.
If the situation does NOT need urgent attendance, then please continue to complete this online form. Please provide as much information as possible.
