Paying Online
Notice to Users
Regular Pay Online customers will notice that the service has a new look and feel. The Service has been enhanced to comply to the AA level of the accessibility standard for customer facing web pages. Web pages complying to this standard give maximum accessibility to users with disabilities. The layout of the screens have changed and function buttons are more user friendly. The system will also display messages to tell users what is happening as they proceed through the payment process.
The system has also been installed with the latest security measurers for card payments as laid down in the Payment Card Industry Standard.

Our online payment facility allows you to pay bills directly and securely to the Council and Bron Afon Community Housing for:

If you wish to make a payment for a Council service which is not mentioned above, please telephone Call Torfaen on 01495 766002.

The authority accepts debit and credit cards for online transactions. This is a totally secure method of payment which is quick and easy to use.
