Our Vision

The people of Torfaen will have access to high quality leisure, sporting, entertainment and cultural activities, which together will continuously improve their quality of life.

Torfaen Total Leisure aims to offer residents, workers and visitors to Torfaen a high quality leisure experience that enhances their physical, social and psychological well being.

This will be achieved by managing the Council’s leisure and recreational assets in a safe, efficient, effective and economic manner, completing major projects, and actively seeking out and developing new opportunities for service enhancements and development.
