These voluntary run play clubs are supported by the Torfaen Play Service and are operated on an Open Access basis. Parents’ attention is drawn to the fact that children may arrive or leave the provision at any time during the published hours. Staff can not legally prevent children from leaving the premises. In the interest of safety, parents are requested to instruct their child or children not to leave the site without consulting the Play Club Supervisor. The council does not accept any responsibilities for the care, control and supervision of the children travelling to or once they have left the site.
