This service enables you to access the entire text of the renowned printed encyclopaedia, plus a world atlas, data on countries around the world, quotations, and a selection of classic works from famous authors. Also, you can have your own workspace within the interface for storing and editing your work.
Encyclopaedia Britannica Online has now been designed in three specific versions to suit different age groups. Choose the version you prefer by clicking on the logo. You will then need to log in using the number on your library membership card.
Encyclopaedia Britannica for ages 18+|
Student Edition for ages 12 - 18|
Junior Edition for ages 5 - 11|
