Job Description
We are looking to appoint a Catering Manager to manage, develop and deliver all aspects of the Catering Service within the Leisure facility - Pontypool Active Living Centre. You will efficiently and effectively manage the day to day catering services, food preparation, vending, bar facilities and the supervision of staff.
The successful candidates must have previous experience of working in a similar environment and experience of developing menus, ordering and managing stock and managing staff. You must possess a minimum NVQ Level III or equivalent in a catering discipline. It is essential that you have Level 3 or 4 Food Safety qualification and a good understanding of the importance of health and safety within a leisure/hospitality environment.
