As training officer in the Care Sector, you will carry out work-based assessment on employed learners to NVQ Levels 2 & 3. A1 or equivalent is essential.
You will carry out work-based assessments on NVQ units and elements and arrange for internal verification. You will assist learners in the presentation of evidence to Awarding Body standards and you will prepare learners for technical certificates.
