Want to Work
Want2Work has been designed jointly between the Welsh Assembly Government and Jobcentre Plus Wales. It’s aim is to get people into work.

Advisers meet people on a voluntary basis in community venues (rather than Jobcentres) and provide advice and support.

Aimed at engaging those who are hardest to help and unlikely to volunteer for mainstream programmes.

Partnership approach with a team of multi-disciplined advisers drawn from range of other organisations.

Prepared to invest in higher level, and in-work training to increase likelihood of progression within the labour market.

Access to W2W Adviser Discretionary Funds
Where there is a strong Labour Market case we will consider supporting training and learning routeways.
In work support. Continued support for up to a year after customer starts work. This also includes access to Adviser Discretionary Funds and Training.
Entry Criteria
16+ people who are unemployed from day 1 onwards not in receipt of Job Seekers Allowance.
