The Pathways programme is available for people with a health related benefit to obtain and sustain full time employment through our help and support including CV writing, completing application forms, job searching, information and motivation through our directions events.
We have in place an occupational support team who work one to one with our customers to help them manage their condition to gain suitable employment.
When the customers are ready for work they engage with our employment engagement consultant who sources vacancies to match the customers job goals once in work we continue to support our customers through the in work support facility for twenty six weeks.
