Communicating with Us
Since April 2003 Torfaen County Borough Council has been able to communicate more effectively with customers who speak languages other than English, thanks to a partnership with Language Line.
Language Line allows staff in the Housing Services Department to communicate instantly with you if your English is poor or non-existent. This enables us to offer equality of access to our services. Whichever District Housing Office| you contact, a member of staff will be available to assist with your enquiry.
Comments and Suggestions
We record every comment or suggestion you make to us and use them to improve our service. This can be made by writing in to us, by speaking to a member of Housing staff or by emailing us.
